Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Codelogic is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at codelogicsales@gmail.com. We will try our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier companies, customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect shipping details, or events beyond our control.
International Shipping

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at codelogicsales@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the package or product.
If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local courier, neighbors, or building management. We will assist where possible, but Codelogic is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages after delivery confirmation.
